All sales with Leesh are final once processed. We have a no-refund policy and exchange policy to opened products. For the return or the exchange to be processed the fragrance has to be unboxed and unsealed and returned within 14 days.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.
